Our Sportsman II side panels offer many of the same features as our Aviator side panels at a lower price. You still get the same Classic Aero craftsmanship though.

Weight is kept to a minimum because we use very thin sheet metal parts (mostly .020" 2024 T3 Aluminum). Stiffeners are included to add strength where needed without adding significant weight. The side panel package includes 64 individual sheet metal parts that are laser cut and formed using a CNC press brake.

All of the sheet metal parts are covered with upholstery. This allows a perfect color match with the rest of the interior. The lower section of the forward pocket panel is covered with carpet for durability, and blends in nicely with matching floor carpet (sold separately here).

Installation is very simple, and can be done in about an hour. All brackets, templates, and hardware are included. The only tools you need are a drill, some clecos, and cleco pliers.
